![]() Kelly was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She attended California State University Northridge where she was a member of the Dean’s List and an active member of the Business Law Association. In 2000, Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics with emphasis in Business Law. Thereafter, Kelly attended Southwestern University School of Law receiving her Juris Doctorate in 2005. During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program receiving the Quarter Finalist Award in the prestigious 2004 William B. Spong Invitational Constitutional Law Competition. Additionally, she received an award from the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property for excellence in the study of Intellectual Property. As a junior partner at Spiwak & Iezza, LLP, Kelly has developed her practice in representing clients in the financial, leasing, and service sector in the areas of debt collection, complex commercial litigation, and creditor rights in bankruptcy in both the state and federal courts in California. Kelly is currently admitted to practice before all state courts and all four federal district courts in California. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association as well as the National Equipment Finance Association. |
