Ken Moss was born and raised in Los Angeles County, California. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (U.C.L.A.) in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Among his other honors and activities at U.C.L.A., Ken was a member of the National Political Science Honors Society, a member of the National Freshman Honors Society, and an officer of his fraternity.

Ken received a three-year, full merit scholarship to attend the University of Southern California (U.S.C.) Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1988. During law school, he was a Semi-Finalist in U.S.C.’s Hale Moot Court Competition and was a Quarter-Finalist in the National Entertainment and Communications Law Moot Court Competition in New York City.

Ken was admitted to practice law in 1988. Since that time, he has had more than twenty years of diverse business litigation experience, including trials, arbitrations, mediations, appeals, complex law and motion and discovery. He has practiced law at major law firms in Los Angeles and is now heading up the litigation department at Spiwak and Iezza. Ken is a member of several organizations, including the American Bar Association and the National Equipment Finance Association.

Ken is married and has two children. He enjoys coaching youth sports in Agoura Hills, California.
