 Mr. Kelble represents clients in the financial, leasing, and service sector in the areas of complex commercial litigation, debt collection, and creditor rights in bankruptcy in both the state and federal courts in California. Mr. Kelble is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. An experienced litigator, Mr. Kelble has successfully handled actions in both state and federal courts in the areas of commercial litigation, general contract and business disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, construction disputes, labor and employment disputes, construction defect actions and real property disputes.
Mr. Kelble graduated from the UCLA School of Law in 1992. While at law school, Mr. Kelble served as Chief Articles Editor for the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. Mr. Kelble obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1988. He graduated from UCLA, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography-Ecosystems (with departmental honors) and a specialization in Business Administration. While at UCLA, Mr. Kelble was made a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest academic honor society.
